My dictionary says that correct word is 'developmental'. I never tried to say such phrase.

looking into LingvoScience dictionary you can see that it means
1) virtual, not real
3) possible
6) actual

actually me too >< i still cant get what she was trying to say... i guess that "Probably in this word for someone you - all world" suppose to mean something like... even dont know how to express it ^^ "In this world, probably you are whole world for someone" but im not sure in that >.> i'd ask my american friend anyways, before write something
